Privacy and Camera Cell Phones
October 20, 2003 - Privacy News
Camera phones allow you to easily take photos and share them quickly with friends and family. Unfortunately these phones can also be abused. Camera phones have been banned in locker rooms and gyms, and some places are considering banning them from the bathrooms of public buildings.
Because we don't have a "reasonable expection of privacy" in public places, use of these phones in public will test the boundaries of privacy in public and quasi-public places. More information is available at < http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2003-10-19-cell-phones_x.htm>.
